Name:    Grallator tenuis (Dinosaur Track)
Age:  Jurassic
Formation:  Portland Formation
Location:  Near Amherst, Massachusetts
Size:  Plate is 16.5 inches tall

This is a very distinct dinosaur fossil. It is a very cool Grallator tenuis track from the Jurassic of Massachusetts. This track is easily seen and wonderfully exhibits the three-toed nature of the dinosaur's foot, with the claw tips even preserved. The track has been slightly darkened for contrast and is extremely well centered on the large, natural plate of matrix that also contains a second track on the left side of the slab. This is a very collectible and displayable specimen of a pair of dinosaur tracks that would be a great conversation and display piece.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
