This is an extremely nice example of an unidentified asaphid trilobite from the Ordovician of Morocco. This trilobite is real and has not been carved out of the rock like some specimens. The specimen has good detail preserved - the original "shell" material of the exoskeleton is intact. The 3-dimensional trilobite has good color and contrast and is well centered on a squared block of matrix. This is one of the better specimens of this type of asaphid trilobite from Morocco.
