Name:
Siroccopteryx moroccensis Tooth
Age: Cretaceous
Formation: Tegana Formation
Location: Taouz, Morocco
Size: Tooth is 1.1 inches long
This is a very distinct tooth of Siroccopteryx moroccensis from the Cretaceous of Morocco. Siroccopteryx was not a "true" dinosaur, but rather a "flying reptile". This long, thin tooth is very detailed and has wonderful, natural brown color. The tip of the tooth comes to a very nice point. This is a very fine specimen of a tooth from an extinct Pterosaur.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
