Name:    Siroccopteryx moroccensis Tooth
Age:  Cretaceous
Formation:  Tegana Formation
Location:  Taouz, Morocco
Size:  Tooth is over 1 inch long

This is a distinct tooth of Siroccopteryx moroccensis from the Cretaceous of Morocco. Siroccopteryx was not a "true" dinosaur, but rather a "flying reptile". This long tooth is extremely curved and has wonderful, dark red color. The enamel of the tooth is easily seen. And there is almost no wear to the tip of the tooth. This is a cool, curved specimen of a tooth from an extinct Pterosaur.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
