This is a very unusual tooth from a carniverous dinosaur. It is a Carcharodontosaurus saharicus premax tooth from the Cretaceous Deposits of Morocco. The serrations on the inside cutting edge of the tooth are clearly defined, but there are no serration on the outside cutting edge. The dark, brick-red, corrugated enamel is beautifully displayed on both sides of the tooth. This is a very uncommon tooth from this meat-eating dinosaur.
