This is a very nice hadrosaur dinosaur tooth. It is a large Maiasaura tooth from Montana. This type of dinosaur is known for its motherly instincts - Maiasauras have been found fossilized protecting nests of eggs. The tooth is large and has very nice detail preserved. The tooth has beautiful, dark brown coloration and shows excellent enamel. This is a very fine ''duck-billed'' dinosaur tooth from Montana. (The tooth comes in its own special display case.)
