Here is a very nice specimen of Keichousaurus hui from Guizhou Province of China. This Triassic reptile resembles a long-necked dinosaur. The small skull, extremely long neck, body, and lengthy tail are all easily seen. The specimen is nicely articulated and exhibits very good detail. The limbs of the reptile are quite distinct, and almost all of the small finger bones are beautifully displayed! The 3-dimensional, black bones of the fossil contrast well with the lighter-colored matrix. The Keich is almost perfectly centered on the large, rectangular plate of matrix. This is a very fine example of this dinosaur-like reptile from China.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
