Age:  Cretaceous
Formation:  Tegana Formation
Location:  Taouz, Morocco
Size:  Tooth is almost 3 inches long

Here is a very nice tooth from a carniverous dinosaur. This is a large Spinosaurus aegyptiacus tooth from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This tooth is quite long and impressive and very well preserved. A large portion of the root of the tooth is present, and the reddish-brown enamel is well displayed. This tooth came from a huge, adult dinosaur and was in the mouth for a long time - there is a nice wear facet on the tip of the tooth from constant use! This is a very nice, large tooth from the star of ''Jurassic Park III'', Spinosaurus.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
