Here is a very nice example of a tooth from Triceratops horridus, a classic dinosaur from the Cretaceous of South Dakota. This type of dinosaur is a ceratopsian, or ''horned dinosaur''. This tooth is very well preserved, and still has some root intact. It has beautiful, natural brown color and exhibits fine detail. The tip of the tooth comes to a nice point. The tooth comes in its own acrylic display case. This is a nice, collectible tooth from this famous tri-horned dinosaur.
