This is a huge cutting tooth from the large, carniverous dinosaur, Carcharodontosaurus saharicus. Carcharodontosaurus was a Tyrannosaurus-like dinosaur found mostly in Morocco. This tooth is both enormous AND exquisitely preserved. The tip and almost all of the serrations are intact, which is extremely rare for a tooth this large. The enamel is in wonderful condition and is absolutely beautiful. And at almost five inches long, it is one of the largest Carcharodontosaurus teeth of this quality ever found. This is an extremely impressive and collectible dagger-like tooth from this ferocious, carniverous dinosaur - easily a centerpiece of any dinosaur collection.
