This is a very unique trace fossil. It is a HUGE dinosaur coprolite (poop) from the Jurassic of Utah. This coprolite has been sliced with a diamond saw and then highly polished to reveal the beautiful color pattern of the mineralization in the interior of the fossil dung - many colors of the rainbow are easily seen. This is a very large and collectible example of a dinosaur turd - what a conversation piece!
