Size: Tooth is 1.95 inches along curve
This is a very large tooth of Anhanguera sp. from the Cretaceous of Morocco. Anhanguera was not a "true" dinosaur, but rather a "flying reptile". This 3-dimensional tooth is nicely curved and has wonderful, brick red color. Some of the root of the tooth is intact. There is just a touch of natural wear to the tip of the tooth. This is a fine, robust specimen of a tooth from a Pterosaur.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
