Here is an excellent tooth from a large meat-eating dinosaur. This is Spinosaurus aegyptiacus from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This tooth is very 3-dimensionally preserved and a sizeable portion of the root is intact. The heavily striated tooth has wonderful enamel. The reddish-brown color of the tooth is very appealing. This is a superb example of a tooth from a carniverous dinosaur.
