Name:    Anhanguera sp.
Age:  Cretaceous
Formation:  Tegana
Location:  Taouz, Morocco
Size:  Tooth is 1.4 inches long

Here is a very nice example of an Anhanguera tooth from the Cretaceous of Morocco. Anhanguera was not a "true" dinosaur, but rather a "flying reptile". This 3-dimensional tooth is nicely curved and has wonderful, brick red color. The tip of the tooth is in very good condition and the corrugated enamel is well defined. This tooth is well presented in a glass-covered display box. This is a fine, robust specimen of a tooth from a Pterosaur.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
