Here is a nice dinosaur tooth. This is Spinosaurus aegyptiacus from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This giant carniverous dinosaur probably had a sail-like fin on its back which may have served as a heat-regulating device. This 3-dimensional tooth is very nicely preserved and has beautiful light-colored enamel. A sizable portion of the root is intact. The tip of the tooth displays a wear facet. This is a very pretty tooth from this large meat-eating dinosaur.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
