Here is a very large tooth from a ferocious meat-eating dinosaur. This is Spinosaurus aegyptiacus ("Thorn Lizard") from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This dinosaur was prominently featured in the movie, "Jurassic Park III". This 3-dimensional tooth has a long portion of the root still intact. The corrugated enamel has beautiful reddish-orange color and is wonderfully displayed. The very tip of the tooth exhibits a slight amount of natural wear. This is a very fine, robust tooth of this sail-backed carniverous dinosaur.
