Name:
Anhanguera sp. (Pterosaur)

Location: Taouz, Morocco
Size: Tooth is 1.7 inches long.
This is a very nice tooth of Anhanguera sp. from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This is a tooth of a Pterosaur, not a "true" dinosaur. The tooth has very nice color. The "striations" or "corrugations" on the enamel are quite visible. There is a slight amount of natural wear to the tip of the tooth. This is a fine, large specimen of a tooth from this "Flying Reptile".
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
