This is a very nice Extinct White Shark (Carcharocles megalodon) tooth from the Miocene of South Carolina. The Meg tooth is very robust and has the classic arrowhead shape intact. The beautiful brown enamel is fully natural and very well preserved. The root is quite thick and substantial. The serrations are very well preserved, and the very tip is intact. This is a large, sharp Meg tooth with colorful enamel preserved.
