Globidens aegyptiucus Tooth
Formation: Mosasaur Beds
Size: Tooth is 0.7 inches long
Here is an excellent specimen of a rare Mosasaur tooth. This is a wonderful Globidens aegyptiucus Tooth from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This button-shaped tooth looks much different than most conical Mosasaur teeth. This large marine lizard tooth is very robust and exhibits fine detail. The corrugated enamel of the tooth is beautifully preserved. The fossil has beautiful color and contrast on the natural block of matrix. This is a fabulous example of this unusual Mosasaur tooth.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
